Refund Policy

When you’re eligible for a full refund

You can request a full refund of your EssaySecrets™ purchase if you ask within 14 days of your purchase, or any time before you reach Lesson 4B of the course — whichever comes first.

Once either condition passes — 14 days have elapsed, or you’ve reached Lesson 4B — the purchase is final. By that point you’ve accessed the core of the system, so refunds are no longer available.

How to request a refund

Email ken@collegeken.com with the email address you used at purchase and a one-line note that you’d like a refund. That’s all that’s required — you don’t need to explain why.

Requests are reviewed and approved promptly. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

How your refund is processed

• Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method.
• There are no fees and nothing to return — EssaySecrets™ is a digital product.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.
• Your access to the course ends once the refund is issued.

One purchase, every kid in your family

EssaySecrets™ is a single payment that covers every child in your family — it isn’t priced per student. A refund cancels that purchase in full; it isn’t applied per child.

Direct work with Ken

Direct one-on-one sessions are a separate, optional service that unlocks after you complete the Literary Clay exercise inside the course. This policy covers the EssaySecrets™ course only. Any terms for one-on-one work are arranged at the time of booking.
